A Lake County Man is Charged With Stealing Goods Worth More Than $40000 From Construction Sites. Following the theft of equipment and supplies worth more than $40,000 from several construction sites, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office has a suspect in custody.

Four counts of breaking, two instances of fifth-degree felony theft, one case of fourth-degree felony theft, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia are all filed against 28-year-old Concord Township resident Andrew Ingram.

According to the sheriff’s office, the thefts happened between November 15 and November 18 at building sites for homes on Concord-Hambden Road.

A total of $43,500 worth of building materials, supplies, siding, and equipment were removed.

Deputies were summoned to a location in the 11300 block of Concord-Hambden Road on Saturday after a suspicious person was reported. In the area, there had already been a theft.

According to reports, Ingram filled his car with stolen material when deputies arrived. Authorities claim that when Ingram was caught, he also had methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

According to the sheriff’s office, Ingram told detectives that he was accountable for the earlier thefts. Authorities claim that nearly all of the stolen goods have been found.
