When referring to the Power Rangers as a family, Nakia Burrise, who played Tanya Sloan/Yellow Zeo Ranger and the first Yellow Turbo Ranger, noted that “losing a family member is traumatic.”

Blake Foster, who portrayed Justin Stewart, the Blue Turbo Ranger, published several pictures of himself and Frank on his blog and noted that he had “cried all night” upon hearing the news.

Austin St. John, who played Jason Lee Scott, the first Red Ranger, posted a picture of himself and Frank at an event along with the message “Once a ranger, always a ranger.” Zack Taylor, the first Black Ranger, was portrayed by Walter Jones.

In a letter to fans, Jones expressed his shock at the news and said, “My heart is heartbroken to have lost another member of our wonderful family.” A brief video of the last time he saw Frank was posted in response to that one, and it showed the two cuddling at a conference.
