Two Men Are Charged With Bank Robbery and Bomb Threat in Lake County

According to Lake County Prosecutor Craig Cooper, Timothy Fullerton of Luther and James Phipps of Frasier were accused on Tuesday in relation to a bank heist that occurred there last month. According to Copper, both are accused of robbing a bank and fabricating a terrorist threat.

The bond was set at a cash surety of $75,000. Last week, Fullerton and Phipps were arrested. Deputies believe the two robbed the Lake-Osceola State Bank in Luther on September 2nd while making bomb threats at a nearby school. The two then sprinted off. Schools in the area were evacuated, and banks were closed down.
